Hard to say. I think the reign of E was enabled because the congregation has been taught to keep their heads down and their mouths closed. So the music minister is suddenly gone... head down, mouth shut. E suddenly is announced to no longer be a part of the eldership... head down, mouth shut. S comes back and worships as part of the congregation... Head down, mouth shut.

Can this possibly be healthy?

They can't really be that unobservant, can they?

Sad, either way.
